Following is a description of our banner material options: vinyl, fabric, and mesh.
Vinyl banners are the most common, and for good reason. Vinyl is very durable, waterproof, and can be rolled for storage. Vinyl banners can be robustly reinforced to withstand the harshest of outdoor conditions. And, most notably, the cost of vinyl banners has come down significantly over the last decade. A well made vinyl banner will last months, or even years outdoors. A well-designed vinyl banner is an excellent value when needing to promote, educate, or direct your audience.
Fabric banners are superior for indoor presentation. The look and feel of fabric banners can't be beat. Advances in dye-sublimation printing have really lowered the pricing. Fabric banners can be rolled or folded without creasing, making transport much easier. Fabric banners are more expensive than vinyl but well worth it if you are looking for a premium interior banner. Fabric banners can be finished with silicone edging to create backlit SEG graphics.
Mesh banners are great when wind is an issue. The mesh lets air pass through the material reducing stress on the banner. Mesh can also be used to create extra large banners where weight becomes a factor. Mesh is popular for exterior barrier covering such as construction fences.
Banners are used for myriad purposes. Following are typical applications of banners.
These banners are typically vinyl. Finishing options include pole pockets and reinforced hemming. Mesh is popular for team banners and construction fence banners.
