Custom Printed Banners

Which banner material is best?

Vinyl has traditionally been the banner material of choice. Fabric and mesh offer some interesting options.

Vinyl – All purpose. Strong and durable. Will wrinkle if folded.

Mesh – Great for extra large banners. Reduces wind load; lighter in weight. Tends to lose some color pop.

Fabric – Excellent drape, texture, and color pop. Minimal wrinkling. More expensive.

Following are some general characteristics of the materials we use.

Our standard vinyl banner material is 13 oz. matte. We can print up to 8 feet (96″) wide by any length. Larger vinyl banners can be tiled and sewn together.
We can print on 13 oz. gloss but the leadtime may be affected.

Our standard mesh is 9 oz. material. Mesh cuts wind load by approximately 25%. We typically sew webbing into the hems of large mesh banners for extra strength.
